These beans are ground using cold nitrogen grinding technology, which transforms the beans into a fine powder while preserving their full nutritional value. The powder dissolves completely in hot water, with a particle size of less than 50 microns.

The S2C burr system is a specially designed grinding disc that features enhanced structural design, including sharp serrated edges that break the coffee beans before grinding. Thanks to these cutting edges, the grinding speed is significantly improved, while the temperature of the ground coffee remains virtually unaffected.
